Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. Production times may vary depending on product type, order volume, and seasonal demand.

Shipping Time

Shipping times vary based on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.

Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated timelines, delays may occasionally happen due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, customs, or high seasonal order volume.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Tracking

If tracking is available for your order, you will receive tracking information once your item has shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first when possible. You can also contact us and we’ll do our best to help review the situation.

Holiday and Event Orders

If you are ordering for a birthday, tournament, trip, holiday, or special event, we strongly recommend ordering early to allow enough time for production and delivery.
